Rules and regulations

We reject the exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and other forms of sexual abuse with minors in compliance with LAW 679 of 2001.

General considerations

All guests lodged at our hotel will be subject to this regulation which is considered an adhesion contract that must be complied with, otherwise the administration reserves the right of admission and permanence Arrival and Departure Time.

Guests can make use of all hotel facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi and restaurant) from 8:00am and on, on the day of their reservation, however rooms won’t be turned in before 3:00pm due to cleaning dutties. If you require modifications on check-in and check-out times, you must ask the front desk to confirm availability and additional charges after that time.

Guests can continue to use all facilities until 5:00 p.m


All overnight guests must register by providing a legal ID (passport, ID Card) to our front desk personnel.

In case of large size groups. A representative may do the registration for the group.

Wine Spa Therapies must be prepaid and/or previously reserved. Any additional consumptions that are not included in the plan should be paid at check-out (departure from the hotel)


The keys to your room must be left at the front desk every time you leave the hotel. If you need your room to be cleaned you should leave the keys by 10:00am, otherwise youe room will be cleaned by 5:00pm. In case of loss, guests will be charged $20.000 for every key set

Room and pool towels It is absolutelly forbidden without exception to use white towels from the room in the pool area. Pool towels are provided for each guest. In case of loss, the guest will be charged $30.000 for every lost towel.


All overnight plans include breakfast. Breakfast will be served between 7:30 and 9:30am. If the guest prefers breakfast in the room, they must pay the additional charge for room service Lunch and dinner These two are also included in every overnight plan. Lunch hours go from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. without exception.


The pool bar opens until 11:00pm


Pool hours go from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The use of the pool is under your responsibility. Please shower before entering the pool.

Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. For health and security reasons, no pets are allowed in our hotel.

The Vineyards Guided Tour

This service is already included in every overnight plan.

Before taking the tour, we recommend:

  1. Wear sunscreen
  2. Wear a cap or hat
  3. Wear closed shoes preferably tennis shoes, Heels are not appropriate
  4. Guests with limited mobility are recommended to stay back
  5. Tours depart at 10:00am and 4:00pm and last 1 hour aprox..

Quiet hours

Between 11:00pm and 7:00am we request guests to use a low voice tone since other guests might be already sleeping.

Reservation delays

When it comes to the postponement of a reservation made by the guest, this must be done with at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, otherwise a 30% penalty will be charged on the total value of the plan.

Once the reservation is deferred, the guest will be allowed to use it within 180 days after the date of the cancellation. If rates change by the time the guest wants to make use of the postponed reservation, charges may apply.

No shows will automatically loose the entire value of their plan.

For security reasons and in order to preserve the crops, pets are not allowed in the vineyard or hotel areas.

We expect from you the best behavior and care of facilities as they are for the use and well-being of all users.

In case of emergency or accident, inform a hotel employee immediately and follow directions.

If you want to enter liquor we remind you that it is totally prohibited as well as food or any type of Snacks.

In case of thunderstorm or bad weather, please disconnect the TV from the power outlet, if there’s any doubt about this procedure please contact the front desk.

The hotel is not responsible for any item ​​left in the rooms nor does it assume responsibility for these without having been reported in advance at the hotels front desk The items ​​forgotten by a guest will remain in the custody of the administration for a term of 30 calendar days. Once this time is over, the hotel will not be responsible for such objects.

Plans and reservations in our hotel are non-transferable.

Any damage caused by the guests to physical or intellectual property will be charged.

Your suggestions are taken as opportunities to improve, communicate them in the front desk.

We remind you that upon arrival and check-out is necessary for you to review the mini-bar inventory. Any consumption must be charged to the guest
